All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

• Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international locations. Shipping times for international orders may take 7–15 business days depending on the destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information will be active within 24–48 hours.

Delays

Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions, customs clearance, or courier issues. While we work closely with our shipping partners, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at shahanmahade713@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
